When you create an account, you tell us a bit about yourself. At the start of your BonkList journey—when you make an account—you provide the basics: phone number, email address, and birth date. It might sound boring, but these are essential for knowing who you are and for guiding you correctly in the digital universe. Don’t worry—we won’t show up with a birthday cake. (At least not yet.)

Profile Data

Things get more interesting as you complete your profile! As you fill out your profile, you provide deeper info: gender, preferences, approximate location, and sometimes health details… These are golden for understanding who you are! Some information—like sexual orientation, sexual life preferences, or health status—is considered “sensitive” or “special” in some countries. But when you choose to share them with us, you also permit us to use them in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In short: the more you share, the better we can tailor your experience.

Content

This is your stage—spotlight on you! When you use the service, you don’t just click around—you leave parts of yourself. Photos, videos, voice recordings, messages… basically, anything you express yourself with! With these, we get to know you better and make your experience uniquely yours. You take the stage; we set the lights and music.

Purchase Data

When you buy something or accept a “challenge accepted!” moment… 

Whether you purchase a feature or jump into a challenge—we track that action. What you got, when you got it, how much you paid… it’s all recorded. But don’t worry—we won’t stick it on a wall paper. 

Depending on how you pay, the data may vary. If you pay directly with us (not via IOS or Android’s system), you may need to provide financial details like your bank or credit card number. In short, we won't snoop around your wallet. But to do amazing things with you, we need to know the what, when, and how much.

Marketing, Survey & Research Data

Every now and then, we like to ask for your opinion—or entertain you! We may run surveys for research, focus groups, or market checks. Sometimes we turn it into pure entertainment: promos, events, raffles, contests… You win, we learn. 

If you choose to take part, we collect your info, responses, and feedback. Knowing what you think matters to us —it helps us offer a better experience and grow our community.

Third-Party Data

If you choose to share info about someone else with us—like providing a friend’s contact for a feature, or sending feedback or a report about a user—we process these data on your behalf to fulfill your request.

Customer Support Data

By the way, we’re part of the Hadisatalım Biz family, and safety is a top priority. If you’ve been banned in another Hadisatalım service for serious rule-breaking, that info can be shared with us, and we may take fast action—like preventing you from signing up or closing your account. 

Also, if legally permitted, we may receive info from third parties about suspicious or convicted individuals to protect our community. In short: we do everything we can to distinguish who’s here to play—and who’s here to cause trouble. Because your safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a must.

Social Media Data

If you're better known elsewhere—Facebook, Instagram, Apple, Google…—and you choose to use those accounts to create or log in, we’re happy to accept! You may even choose to upload voice, photo, video, and similar content from those platforms. So basically, if you say “I come with existing data from other services,” we say “Welcome!” and process what you share on your behalf.

Usage Data

Every click, tap, swipe, bonk—we take note (digitally, not creepily). When you use BonkList, we collect data about how you use it: when you log in, what features you play with, what actions you take, what info is shown to you, which pages led you here, which ads caught your eye, and how you interact with others (think: becoming a partner, joining a “challenge,” or sending a cheeky message).

We also collect data about how you interact with our ads across other websites or apps—because your journey isn’t limited to our walls!

Technical Data

What kind of device are you rocking? What version of the app? Does it crash? What’s your IP address, device ID, type, OS version, screen resolution, app settings, advertising identifiers, or cookies that help us know if it’s you? Yes—we collect all that, too. Not to spy… but to make BonkList purr on your device like a well-fed cat.

Other Data we collect with your Permission

Geo-location Data

If you allow us, we’ll collect your device’s geographic location (latitude and longitude). This helps us suggest fun or relevant stuff near you. 

But if you say “no thanks” to this permission, features that rely on precise location may not work. So it’s your call. Adventure mode on or off—you decide.

Face Geometry Data

Some of our cool features, like Photo Verification or ID & Selfie Checks, may involve collecting face geometry data—which in some places is legally considered “biometric data.”

Identity Data

Want to prove you're really you? (Maybe you're a VIP. Maybe you're just awesome.) We might ask for an official ID, like a passport or license, to confirm your identity. Your selfie game matters—but sometimes legal docs seal the deal.

Voice and Breath Data

Yep, you heard that right (literally). 

For certain features, we may collect voice or breath data—if you give us permission. This helps us power up specific challenges or cool new tools we’re developing. Like karaoke? Or breath-based games?
